Tea Party: Sichuan is the birthplace of tea. In the Tang Dynasty, the Emeishan Tea Ceremony was founded. In the Ming Dynasty, Emeishan tea became a tribute tea. The Emeishan tea culture has a long history, and the tea ceremony has been passed down from generation to generation.

Morning Walk: Walk to the origin of Emei martial arts and feel the martial arts charm in Zhongfeng Temple.
Emei martial arts: Mount Emei is the birthplace of Emei martial arts, with a long history and many martial monks. Emei stretching exercises are derived from the "Emei Twelve Postures" exercises, which activate the muscles and bones, guide breathing, combine movement and stillness, and regulate the body and nourish the mind.

Tea Ceremony: A poetic tea gathering with ancient customs and symbolic gestures.
Seal incense: Experience the ancient art of Chinese incense rituals—calming both mind and body.

Huacang Library: Wander through this "Eastern Library", where theFuture Letters Ceremony awaits—an opportunity to seal your heartfelt wishes with a personal seal into a copper casket or send them off to be preserved.

Additional Information
- You must bring your original passport to check in.
- You must participate in the itinerary and activities throughout the trip without special reasons, and do not be late or leave early.
- When entering the temple, you must abide by the temple life rules, respect the Three Treasures, and follow the arrangements of the temple volunteers.
- Dress appropriately and do not wear vests, shorts, slippers, etc. when in the temple.
- During the event, all vegetarian meals are in the temple. Please do not bring meat, tobacco, and alcohol into the temple; you must be frugal when eating and never waste.
- The temple is a pure place for Buddhism. Please do not make noise or run in the temple. Smoking is prohibited in the temple, and all things cannot be moved without permission.
- This trip is suitable for people with stable physical and mental health. If you have heart disease, hypertension, mental illness, infectious diseases, pregnant women, or those who are too old, it is not recommended to participate; minors are not allowed to sign up alone.
- In case of special policies of temples and scenic spots, temple activities and special arrangements or other force majeure factors, the itinerary content will be reasonably adjusted according to the actual situation. Please understand.
