Common Morning Questions

What time does the tour start?

We typically start at 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM. This is when the breakfast stalls are at their liveliest and the food is at its freshest.

I’m a vegetarian, is there anything for me?

Yes! Many Beijing breakfast items are vegetarian-friendly, such as Miancha, fried dough sticks, and veggie-filled baozi. Please inform us of any allergies in advance.

Do I really have to try the fermented soy milk (Douzhir)?

Only if you’re feeling brave! It’s a local legend, but we have plenty of other delicious (and less challenging) options like fresh almond tea or savory tofu brain.
