7:30 AM: Hotel Pick up

Meet your friendly English-speaking guide and driver at your hotel lobby for the start of your tour.

8:00 AM: Chengdu Panda Breeding Center (3 hours)

Spend your morning with the cutest, yet impressive, creatures in China! 3 hours inside the Panda Center, tour through the baby and adult panda areas and visit the red panda section to see these small adorable animals.  

where you’ll have the chance to observe giant pandas, panda cubs, and even red pandas in a lush, natural setting. Watching the pandas feed and play, and learning about panda conservation efforts from your guide.  

The visit will be self-paced, so you can take your time to see the pandas and take photos.  

11:30 AM:  Depart for Wenshu Temple

12:00 PM – Buddhist Buffet Lunch at Wenshu Temple

Enjoy a delicious Buddhist buffet lunch in the serene environment of the Wenshu Temple. The meal includes a variety of vegetarian dishes, perfect for a peaceful and healthy lunch.

1:00 PM: Explore Wenshu Temple  

After lunch, take some time to explore Wenshu Temple, known for its ancient architecture, Buddhist statues, and beautiful gardens.  Learn about the history and cultural significance of the temple with your guide. 

2:00 PM: Visit Kuanzhai Alleys

Next, head to Kuanzhai Alleys, a charming area of old Chengdu with narrow, winding streets and traditional architecture. Take a leisurely walk through the alleys, stopping at shops and cafes, and explore local culture in this historic district.  

3:00 PM: Tea Experience at People’s Park

Continue your tour at People’s Park, one of Chengdu’s most beloved public spaces. Enjoy a traditional tea ceremony at a local teahouse, where you’ll sample famous Sichuan tea and learn about the history of tea culture in China.  

4:00 PM: Leisure Time at People’s Park  

After the tea ceremony, feel free to relax in the park, stroll around the tranquil lake, or watch locals engage in traditional activities like Tai Chi and dancing.

5:00 PM: Return to Your Hotel
After a day filled with pandas, culture, and tea, your guide and driver will take you back to your hotel in Chengdu, where your tour will conclude.
