We Handle Everything: We place your order with the HEYTEA store and make sure your drink is prepared fresh and on time.

Enjoy Your Drink: Head to the specified HEYTEA location for a quick pickup, or wait for your order to be delivered right to your door.
Please note: Due to store coverage limitations, delivery is currently only available in mainland China areas with Heytea stores. We recommend checking if your location is within our delivery range to ensure timely service. If your address is outside our delivery zone, the system will automatically process a full refund.
Fees Included
1.Drink Cost: The price of your Heytea order will match the amount displayed on the Meituan app.
2.Service Fee: A fee of $0.5 USD per drink for our pre-order service.(The service fee per drink has already been reflected in the product pricing).
3.Delivery Fee: A fixed fee of 8 RMB for delivery (if applicable).
Confirmation Details
You’ll receive a confirmation of your order within 1 hour of placing your request. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact our customer support team at support@realchinatrip.com.
Cancellation Policy
Once the product has been dispatched, no refunds can be requested.
