How It Works
1.Place Your Request: Share your Heytea order details, including the drink(s), size, customization (e.g., sugar level, toppings), and preferred pickup/delivery location.
2.Payment: Pay the total amount securely through our platform.
3.Enjoy Your Drink: Pick up your order at the specified Heytea location or have it delivered to your address.
Please note: Due to store coverage limitations, delivery is currently only available in mainland China areas with Heytea stores. We recommend checking if your location is within our delivery range to ensure timely service. If your address is outside our delivery zone, the system will automatically process a full refund.
Fees Included
1.Drink Cost: The price of your Heytea order will match the amount displayed on the Meituan app.
2.Service Fee: A fee of $0.5 USD per drink for our pre-order service.
3.Delivery Fee: A fixed fee of 8 RMB for delivery (if applicable).
Confirmation Details
You’ll receive a confirmation of your order within 1 hour of placing your request. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact our customer support team at support@realchinatrip.com.
Cancellation Policy
Once the product has been dispatched, no refunds can be requested. If you encounter any quality issues with the product, please contact our customer service, and we will assist in communicating with the Meituan platform.
