Do I need a paper ticket?
No. China Rail uses E-Tickets. You only need your original passport to go through the manual gate at the station. No physical ticket collection is required.
What if the train I want is sold out?
If your preferred train is full, our team will suggest the best alternative routes or times. If no suitable options are found, we provide a 100% full refund.
Can you handle cancellations or changes?
Yes. Please contact us at least 24 hours before departure. Please note that China Railway charges a cancellation fee (5%-20%) depending on how close it is to the departure time.
