Hiking Guide & Tips
Is there a cable car at Jinshanling?
Yes, there is a cable car that can take you up to the mid-section, which is great for saving energy for the ridge hike. Most of our hikers take the cable car up and hike down.
What should I wear for this hike?
Sturdy hiking boots or trail running shoes are highly recommended. Wear layers, as it can be windy and much cooler on the wall than in the city center.
How is the lunch provided?
We provide a hearty, authentic farmer's lunch at a local village restaurant after the hike. It's the perfect way to refuel with fresh, local ingredients.
