Extend Your Shanghai Adventure: Free shuttle to the Shanghai Bund Tourism Hub for final explorations.

Depending on your chosen date, eligible guests can receive a refund ranging from $3-$45 per adult.

Additional Information

1. Complimentary transfers are only available on your scheduled tour date. Early/late arrivals outside the tour dates are not covered.
2. Free storage is available at the Shanghai Bund Tourism Hub from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
3. Buses depart strictly on time. We are not responsible for missed transfers due to flight/train delays.
4. If shuttles are delayed, we’ll arrange taxis. Keep receipts for reimbursement by your customer service.
5. Free transfers end at 11:00 PM. Arrivals after this time can book paid transfers (¥80/person). No-show guests must reach the hotel independently.
6. Guests taking Hongqiao/Shanghai Station shuttles after 4:00 PM or Pudong shuttles after 3:00 PM will have limited time at the Bund. Consider joining our optional evening city tour or explore independently (note luggage storage hours).
7. Collect your free park map and schedule at the Disneyland ticket counter.
8. Skateboards, large tripods, selfie sticks, stools, alcohol, or strong-smelling/heated foods are prohibited items in Disneyland.
9. Disney balloons cannot be taken on public transport (metro, flights, trains).
10. 30-minute shoot with 3 edited digital photos (extra photos: ¥20 each).
11. Minors (<18) and seniors (70+) require at least one 18–69-year-old companion.
12. Pregnant guests cannot join for safety reasons.
13. Single room supplement applies for solo travelers or odd-numbered groups – payable at booking.
14. Provide your passport information during booking hotels and Disneyland ticket.
15. Carry your original valid passport.

 

Confirmation Detail

1. Please fill your pick up address in the delivery address, and your flight or train number in other info blank, so that we can confirm it.

Cancellation policy

1. You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the activity starts.
2. Once purchased, Disney tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
   
3. For eligible price adjustments due to rate differences, we will process the refund for the applicable price difference within 24 hours of verification.
