Crucial Entry Requirements

🆔 Original Passport Required

Every guest (including children) MUST bring their original physical passport. Digital copies or photos on phones will NOT be accepted at the turnstile.

👨👩👧👦 Group Entry

All members under the same booking must enter the park together. Your child's upgrade ticket is digitally linked to the primary adult's passport.

*Note: Once the ticket is issued, the date cannot be changed and is non-refundable per Disney's strict policy.

What if my child is taller than 1.4 meters?
If the child is over 1.4m AND over 11 years old, they will require an Adult Ticket. Please contact us to book the correct category to avoid issues at the gate.
Do I need to print the ticket?
No. Shanghai Disneyland uses a real-name system linked to your Passport. Just show the original physical passport at the entrance.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Disney tickets are generally non-refundable once issued. Please double-check your visiting date before finalizing the purchase.
